Dr. Nidah Khan, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine. She completed her residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA. From an early age, she was inclined to become a doctor to follow the lead of her mother, who is a pediatrician in Pakistan. Dr. Khan is passionate about family medicine, primary care, lifestyle medicine, successful aging, and skin health. A fitness enthusiast, she prides herself in incorporating lifestyle management to prevent and treat chronic disease. A firm believer in using nutrition to maintain and regulate weight, she also enjoys helping patients reach their ideal body weight. In the past few years, Dr. Khan has furthered her education in preventive skin care and is interested in helping her patients achieve healthy and vibrant skin. She has taken courses in Botox and dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation through chemical peels, treatment of acne, medical-grade skin care products, non-surgical body contouring, and hair removal. With 16 years of medical background and 5 years of aesthetic experience, and as the founder of Nida Medspa, a health and wellness boutique, she offers her clients the latest and best in skin care.

Dr. Khan lives in Western Massachusetts with her husband and three children. She enjoys cooking, taking long walks, yoga, and sitting by the fire in the winter with a good book to read. Her goal is to provide the very best of care to patients and help them achieve their health goals to become better versions of themselves. She believes in successful aging and works holistically to provide complete care from prevention to management of chronic disease to health and beauty, inside and out. She has privileges at both Mercy and Baystate Medical Center and enjoys being a primary care physician, a life coach, and a health and beauty expert.
