Dr. Khan is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a passion for helping people feel their best—inside and out. She brings over 16 years of medical experience and a special interest in wellness, longevity, and skin health. Whether it’s through hormone balancing, weight management, advanced screenings, or aesthetic treatments like Botox, facials, facial balancing, plasma gel, and PRP, Dr. Khan believes in personalized care that supports every stage of life.

At Nida Medspa, she combines her medical background with a love for healthy aging, skin care, and confidence-building treatments. Patients love her holistic, thoughtful approach—and the fact that she takes time to truly listen.

Originally inspired by her mother, a pediatrician in Pakistan, Dr. Khan now lives in Western Massachusetts with her husband, three kids, and their sweet pup Coco. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her walking trails, cooking something healthy (but delicious), practicing yoga, or curled up with a good book and a hot cup of coffee.
